Earlier in the year, he teamed up with Sly Boogy and Blu to pay tribute to California over a Leksbeat production. “The Origin” features the Inland Empire wordsmith, “Wake Up Show” veteran, and Los Angeles lyricist trading verses about their love for The Golden State.
Returning from a second tour in Europe, 60 East recently released the video for the critically acclaimed collaboration to celebrate the announcement of his appearance at this year’s A3C Festival. Unfortunately Sly Boogy’s incarceration caused him to miss out on the video shoot, but 60 and Blu still held it down. Check it out for yourself below.

Usher just teamed up with an all-star hip hop cast for his “G Remix” of his recently released banger “No Limit.” The Master P inspired track showcases a collaboration featuring 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane and ASAP Ferg.

Alicia Keys and Kanye West are no strangers to one another. Donald Glover, also known in the rap game as Childish Gambino, has given the Hip Hop community a reason to put the headphones down and turn on the television. The sometimes actor/sometimes rapper has taken Hip Hop from the streets to your living room with his new show Atlanta.
Glover, the executive producer of the show, recently released the official trailer to his new series.
The show is based around Glover’s character who gets involved in the rap career of his cousin, played by Brian Tyree Henry. Atlanta premieres September 6 on FX.
